Leaf, Petal & Pod Farm LLC connects consumers with healthy plants, produce, and garden resources. Using practices that honor the land and our community, we provide plant starts, wholesale produce, a weekly customized CSA, and edible garden consultation. Liza Marshall Forrester-Frolkis has been farming all over the country since 2009. She moved to Santa Fe in 2013 from Harrisonburg, Virginia where she was the Assistant Farm Manager at Radical Roots Community Farm. Liza has a background in art and theater. She works as a preschool and yoga teacher. Liza’s favorite thing to grow is salad mix and edible flowers.
Brigid Simone Rhoades is a mother, gardener, and food lover from the Pacific Northwest. She first came to New Mexico in 2013 to take a Permaculture design course and instantly fell in love with the high-desert landscape. She moved to Santa Fe in 2015 where she found a place to nurture her fascination, passion and love of growing sustainable food. She has been farming here for the last two and a half years. Whether it’s her daughter or her plants, Brigid loves watching things grow and is inspired by the inherent struggle and beauty within that process.
